The plans architects believe the park, strategically located near Interstate 10 and the Alabama state line, would become a magnet for aerospace subcontractors and could generate 4,000 to 8,000 new jobs. This 3.53-acre property is located on the north side of Nine Mile Road, also known as Highway 90 in Pensacola, Florida. This is the major east west thoroughfare in North Pensacola.
